Casa Blanca Villa B03

Casa Blanca is within walking distance of Crescent Beach Village restaurants and shops, with Siesta Key Village just a short drive north on the key. Our villas are located between the pool area and famous Crescent Beach. Each villa is individually decorated, fully equipped and professionally landscaped. Most Villas have a screened Lanai with table and chairs for dining and relaxing. Those without a lanai have a larger interior. Villas have 1 or 2 bedrooms, and from 1 to 2 baths. Laundry facilities are available on-site in the common areas. A few units have facilities with-in the unit.

Casa Blanca Rental B-3 for 2024
Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We LOVE the location and the complex. The management team has always been very accommodating and helpful. Our only issue is the actual Villa itself. We have stayed in the same Villa now for 2 years. We find we are having to purchase glassware, kitchen items and bed pillows this last time. We did not have kids to our pots and pans, nor did we have a pan to reheat anything in the oven no cookie sheets or a baking pan to make brownies. Every year now we buy items and leave them there. We stay for a full month and like to make items like muffins, brownies etc. And we tried to cook with the pots and pans and there were no lids for any of the pans. The carpet in the bedroom was filthy, needs replaced. Updating this condo would be AWESOME. Couches are so old and peeling in places. We go to others condos on this complex and they are gorgeous. Please let owners know to bring this place to the new look of the years. Thank you.

We loved the location, the cute individual villas, the cleanliness of the rooms, the well appointed kitchen and the BEST BED I HAVE EVER SLEPT Although we had rainy weather, I enjoyed sitting on screened in porch with my coffee watching the trees blowing and the clouds rolling in.We will definitely go back.

I haven’t been in a few years and I was thrilled to be there as an adult nothing has changed but the property has been very well maintained and it’s was such an amazing time. Villa B03 was very clean and comfortable for my wife and I. We had such an amazing time. The staff is also great they help me be able to get a reservation for next year quickly in apt 205 which my grandmother used to own and can’t wait for it. I would recommend this property for anyone to stay it was an amazing week.

The refrigerator definitely needs an upgrade it sounds like it’s going to break every time it turns off and so does the dishwasher. Though we didn’t watch tv much, the tv In the living room could be upgraded as well. It’s not a smart tv which is very behind on the modern side of things. Other than that B03 is a great rental and I would definitely stay there again.

We found on the kitchen floor, some food next to the fridge "I believe it is some kind of cereal". Some parts of the porch and dining room blinds were missing and the umbrella was broken.

Beautiful property! Unit came fully equipped and the beach is a short walk away on pavers. Great pool. Entire property is very private. Will definitely stay here again.

Villa stay
This villa has a fantastic shower with incredible water pressure. The king bed mattress was too soft for our likes. Also, the sofa cushions would not stay put so you have to constantly push them in. Other than that the place is lovely.
