Great location loved our stay
The view from the condo is amazing The location is perfect We totally enjoyed sitting on the dock every evening watching the boats go by, the dolphin playing and the manatee Definitely going to stay there again!!!

We really appreciated our stay here, the flat kept us safe and dry during hurricane Debbie when every other lots were flooded. It was perfect for the rest of the trip, going to the nearby beach or just chilling in cool AC.

Very enjoyable stay
The condo was as described and depicted. We enjoyed the view of the waterway from the condo. The pool was nice. The beach is a bit of a walk, but public transportation is easy and available. Overall, great stay.

Beautiful Bay Oaks
Very pleasant and relaxing. Repair of the pool heater never quite caught up with us druing our stay, but the surf and sun were delightfully warm:) We had a most wonderful time.

Relaxing Retreat
Had a great stay. Loved the location of the unit. The bay was right there and loved watching the boats go by. Unit was clean and comfortable. It was a nice surprise to see a Kruig machine and a washer and dryer. It is a little outdated but we didn't care. We were busy out and about. We would love to stay here again!

Loved the view and watching boats on the water. Condo was small but very comfortable. Location is very convenient to Siesta Key beach and village and also to everything in Sarasota proper. Owner was very responsive.

Great Stay!
This condo has a great view of the canal. You can literally have your coffee every morning by the water. We stayed for 9 days and will be back looking for Christine’s place!! Centered perfectly on Siesta Key saw all the sites and beaches. We didn’t need a thing, Christine has everything you need and plus!

Your place meet all of our needs from the kitchen having all basic needs to the bed so comfortable, the open floor plan to the porch with a beautiful view perfect for anyone looking for privacy and convenience to the pool and your location is perfect not to mention the fact there were no stairs! Property has nice view of Intercoastal. The condo is very small. Beds were comfortable. Could use more glass bowls and newer pans. Swimming pool was nice.

Thank you so much for allowing us to stay in your condo. The view from the back lanai of the bay and the boats passing by was beautiful and peaceful. The condo was clean and cozy. Christine was wonderful in taking care of us and offering to help in any way possible, she truly is a premiere host! Thank you so much for a beautiful September week getaway. Five stars in my book!

we've stayed at your place two years in a row. We were hoping you upgraded your place but you did not. the location is great and the view out the back is beautiful. But the bathroom is bad, the furniture is uncomfortable, the fridge leaked, the garbage disposal did not work and the sink backed up. We will not stay there again.

Great condo on Siesta Key with views of the bay!
My wife and I stayed at this condo for a week. We have stayed at Siesta Key many times but always on the Gulf side. This is a very nice 2BR condo perfect for one or two couples, or a small family. It is ground floor and a nice patio for watching the boats go by in the bay. The owner was great to work with! Very responsive to any questions or calls. The only negative is there is no public beach access unless you walk north to Stickney Point road (0.5mi) or south 1 mile to Siesta Beach. Other than that, everything was great! Would definitely stay here again.

Clean, Good Value, Good Time
Very clean, nice condo. There is a king bed in the large bedroom and queen bed in the smaller bedroom. Fixtures and appliances are older but well-kept. The tree and view out the back are beautiful. The grill, pier, and picnic tables are also nice but are “public” spaces. They can get noisy when other families are using them. The bathroom is on the small side but there is plenty of hot water and water pressure. The drive back to the condo is narrow but the covered parking space is a bonus. All-in-all we had a great time. It is in a convenient location and a good value for the price we paid. We would rent it again and recommend it to friends.

Siesta Key Stay
Stayed here over Christmas break with my family of 4 because our normal holiday vacation spot (Fort Myers Beach) was t an option with the recent hurricane. Great view of bay and free trolly stop is right outside of the complex. Communication was fabulous with host, she was always available to answer any questions. It was awesome that she had beach towels, beach chairs and pool and sand toys for us to use. Kitchen was well stocked with utensils and coffee maker and Keurig, however a few Tupperware containers and a electric skillet would be useful for future renters. Only downside to this property is no direct beach access and the way the island is designed you have to take the trolly or walk the busy road 15 mins to get to one. Pool was heated to 85 which our kids enjoyed.

The major problem here is that this property does not match its description in terms of location and Expedia/VRBO mislead you with false location if the property on the map. We found it out too late, so upon return i notified VRBO right away, asking to correct it on the site, so no one else would get fooled and overpay for this property based on location factor. VRBO ignored my request to update the info, not even mentioning reimbursement, 6 months have passed, so i am filing complaint to TICO, in the meantime just want to warn fellows Canadians about yet again VRBO mistreat to Canadians.

Great Property and Location
Nice, well-maintined condo in a convenient location in Siesta Key. Unfortunately had to cut our trip short due to Milton, but owner was excellent to work with and will definitely look for this property on our next trip to Siesta.
