Relaxing family time
We enjoyed our stay at Sea Shell 309. The condo is conveniently located on the white sands of Crescent Beach. We were very pleased with the amount of room in the condo and the nice supply of beach supplies. We enjoyed our stay and are looking forward to our return to our favorite beach!

Siesta Key
The condo was wonderful and the location was great. It was located on the south end of Siesta key, across from Capt Curt's Village. The condo was on the gulf side with plenty of amenities. The pictures of the condo do not do it justice. It was nice to be steps from the beach and have your own section of paradise ! The condo was clean and well furnished and provided everything a person may want. I look forward to visiting again !

Great stay in an awesome location
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Sea Shell #309. Cheryl the owner is super responsive and gave lots of info to make our trip great. She even provided an ice cream treat for the family, so don't miss out on Orange Octopus Ice Cream...delicious! Condo was clean, comfortable and well-stocked. Check in was a breeze and appreciated the covered parking too! Very short walk through the security gate at the back to the beautiful sandy beach, and short walk across the street to various restaurants and shops. Captain Curt's and Daquiri deck were both excellent. Don't forget Walt's Fish Market about 10 mins away for fresh seafood. I'd highly recommend this condo and the Sea Shell location. 20-30 min drive from Sarasota airport.

Great beach access
The condo is well decorated and has everything you can imagine available for use. We felt very accommodated during our stay. The parking and elevator is very convenient. The check in process would have been seamless if I could have access to the office. I was on crutches during our stay, and I could not get up the steps. Thankfully, my family was able to sign in for me. The pool is unimpressive, but clean. The staff was very kind and helpful. The views from the condo are limited, but the access to the beach and proximity of everything is fantastic! Wow, everything is very tastefully decorated, you will not want to spend your time inside. This is a beautiful area with a beautiful beach to enjoy.

It’s always an awesome vacation at seashell condos. This condo was great. Clean! Walking distance to shops, restaurants, beach, bars, pool. We had 4 adults and a toddler. Highly recommend. We had a great vacation.

Family Trip to Siesta
This was our second stay at Sea Shells Condominiums. The location is perfect. You are on the less busier end of the island. The trolly stops right at the condo. Captain Curt's tiki bar and restaurant are right across the street. We were happy to see that the crescent market was opened back up to! The beach access is a short walking distance compared to condos on the north end of the island. The unit was exactly as described. Fully stocked kitchen, very comfy beds, everything you need! The unit had beach coolers, floats, and even an umbrella! I would advise you to pack extra beach towels if staying longer than two nights. The unit comes with one towel per person. Unless you want to do laundry and wash it, that one towel doesn't last for an extended stay.

Beautiful condo, location right on the beach. Property managers were very friendly and helpful. Wi-if is very slow, and we had to reset often; even opening emails was difficult. Other than that, enjoyed our stay.

Wonderful Beach Property
We had a wonderful vacation at this beachfront property. The condo had everything we needed, was right on the beach and close to everything that we could possibly want. It is close to restaurants, tourist attractions, the best ice cream establishments, many, many beaches and even a drug store, if needed. Thank you for sharing your beautiful condo with us!

Wonderful week!!
Just getting home from a great week. My family and I had a wonderful time. The condo was just as described,maybe a little nicer. Just a few steps off the elevator to crystal clear water. Step across the street to wonderful food and ice cream. The little shopping mall is all your family needs. Our first trip here and we will be back. Host always responded quick and very informative.

We had an amazing time on our girls trip! Condo is clean, well-decorated, and was exactly as described. Location was perfect...restaurants, bars, shops, and trolley pick-up right across the street. Very unpleasant experience
The siesta key beach itself is wonderful, we have been to this area many times and it will never disappoint, however if you are looking for a warm and welcoming VRBO experience this is definitely not that. The condo is managed in a very rigid way; right after booking the condo manager chase me down to sign a very long and complex contract. Then upon arrival, I get a thick package of documents to sign gain, with seriously toned language dictating the signing and submitting deadline (24h, while the office you suppose to deliver the signed documents to is not even open during that time period, since it is a weekend). Honestly I have never encountered anything like this in my many years of traveling, be it hotels or VRBO. The condo building is quite old, with troubling cracks in multiple locations in the structure, make you can’t help but think of Surfside, Miami. The apt itself is also pretty old and very heavily decorated. Apparently it is a difficult job to keep so much stuff clean, so you will be looking at fake flower wrath covered with dust balls in the bathroom. What makes the overall situation worse is the owner. When we arrived I tried to pull up the blinds in the living room but the blinds will not go up (one side went up 2 inch then stopped), we didn’t pay too much attention to that, as it could happen to any house and is usually a very easy fix, since there is no broken string or anything. Never would we have guessed that once we left, the owner will charge us the cost to have someone come and fix it, which is $75. Also, the owner claim one of the comforter has some blood stain, then charged us to have it dry cleaned ($50), and then claim the dry clean does not work, and went ahead and brought herself a new one ($181). At this point I just felt lucky that her dishwasher or frig did not break down or we might be looking at buying new appliance for her. Usually as a VRBO owner it is commonly understood that there will be certain level of normal wear and tear to the property and those are already built into the rent. Additional charge only occurs if there is some intentional damage to the property. Apparently this owner does not think this way. The charge is a small portion of the total rent that we paid, but it added a huge amount of insult and tarnished our otherwise very pleasant vacation time in Fl. So my advice is, stay away from this owner if you don’t want to feel this way.

Outstanding Value and Perfect Location
The property we stayed at was as good as advertised and only got better with the stay. The location is ideal and just steps away from a perfect beach and beautify Gulf waters. The sunsets are breathtaking. The unit itself was immaculate and well appointed. The kitchen offered anything a cook needs but if you don't want to cook, there are restaurants and other venues a very short walk away, along with other stores. We will be going back to this property at our next opportunity.
