"En general, buena experiencia, aunque tuvimos que llamar varias veces porque no había suficientes toallas ni sillas para nuestro grupo de 11 personas y hubo un error con la hora de check out (nos dijeron que era a las 11 y habíamos reservado este alojamiento porque era hasta las 19:00). "Claudia was extremely helpful the whole time we were there and was always on hand if we needed her. She was lovely and very helpful. The property is lovely especially the outside area that is split on two levels, one being the pool and one being the top area which was lovely for dining. There is a supermarket near by and Madrid is about 30-40 mins away by car, there is a bus stop near the property so this can also be used to get into Madrid. We were surprised that the kitchen was not stocked with any basics like you would see in an American VRBO, but after all the rest of the rentals in Spain, we realize that is a norm, so we adapted.
