Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service, room comfort
Altogether, a reasonable venue in Siem Reap.
We stayed here for 28 days. The room was large enough to not feel too cramped for such a lengthy stay, although it would have been nice to have a balcony and some laundry facilities (you get what you pay for) but the bathroom had a bath and separate shower, so we made do.
The room was cleaned daily and we had no issues with cleanliness. The water was occasionally discoloured after rain but usually cleared after a day or so.
The TV 'package' was multi language but limited in channel availability so we used the WiFi to view Netflix etc. This mostly worked out fine, although the Internet was sometimes flaky. They changed access passwords once or twice a week while we were there, usually mid-morning.
Breakfasts were the usual buffet and egg-station, OK for a few days, but limiting for a longer stay, no worse or better than other Asian hotels we have stayed at. You'll find something - either savoury or sweet, to eat.
The pool was good - water not too cold (many Asian hotels are unpleasantly cool). It would have been nice if the water was a few degrees warmer, but usable. The pool area was nice and peaceful, not a major attraction for most of the Angkor Wat short-term visitors and the hotel has a reasonable (mostly unused) Gym with reasonable equipment.
The hotel is on the 'wrong' side of Pub Street for convenient walking, but there are Tuk-Tuks outside at a reasonable price for a 10 minute ride to many restaurants around the area.
Altogether, a reasonable venue in Siem Reap.
