Chose hotel as price was discounted, photos and description were appealing, and reviews were favorable. Staff was ok but their English and my lack of Caambodian made it difficult. Room was large but the place appears to have been in decline for a long time. VERY NOISY FROM TRAFFIC AND Agenerator when power stopped. Dust, highly traveled road near doorsteps of hotel and feww places to eat nearby. For a couple dollars more you can do much better nearer to the city center or old french area. The room was dark, bed ok but rather lumpy, and noises from inside and outside the hotel awakened me several times.
Stayed in this hotel for a week. It is quite far from the main part of the city and areas like pub street and night market. So be prepared to pay $2 per tuktuk ride to get to those areas.
The hotel is a bit old but clean. Rooms are very spacious and are cleaned everyday without a hitch and they provide you with more than enough clean towels and bottled water daily. The staff are very nice and are always willing to help. I requested to have an extra chair and table in my room for work and they provided without question.
Just hoping that they'd get the hotel elevator running. During my stay, we had to use the stairs and we were on the third floor. I feel sorry for those old grandparents I see slowly climbing or going down the stairs.
Regarding the inclusive breakfast, it is buffet but don't expect a grand one. The buffet is very simple with main dishes which is mostly vegetarian. They do have toasts and eggs, coffee, milk, juice, jam, butter... the basic breakfast which is okay.
Overall, this is a good hotel given the price. Very nice staff and peaceful surroundings.
What a fantastic place.cheap, friendly staff.quiet and could relax day or night.bed was comfortable.a pleasant surprise was both bath and shower.highly recommend this hotel. Beware if u book a bus at reception.the company they deal with said express but they are anything but.continual stops to pick up or drop off passengers or produce along the way.they leave the highway and detour to small places .go to a booking office instead.breakfast included.help self buffet.
While the service was friendly and wanted to help, they were kind of ineffectual. Very little English skills, which could be fine! But even after we were sure they understood, we weren't helped. Abismal water pressure in shower.
Stayed at so many other hotels before, and this one has many staff who are will to help ensure a pleasant stay that guests would expect. From hiring a car to airport, to getting a tuktuk driver to take us around town, to settling in, staff was available. Rooms are spacious, clean, showers run perfectly fine, air conditioning keeping the room cool. I had tuk tuk taking us on two-dollar and short 3 minute rides to old market frequently and 10 min ride to angkor wat. This hotel is the right choice.
This is a good clean hotel hidden beside the major road. Very high clean standard. A hard working staff clean your room and change towels every day. A good restaurant serves very good breakfast. Very roomy unit and hallway. Very friendly staff.
We only stayed one night & rooms were good although we couldn't get the bath plug to come out so we had to stand in cold water while showering. The beds were comfortable & clean. We had dinner at the restaurant & the food was very good & plentiful. The manager was so nice he offered us some soup & plate of fresh fruit at no cost. They then offered to print out all our plane tickets. The breakfast was good. The only bad thing is that they have tour bus loads & they must leave early because there were people shouting & screaming in the corridors at 5.00am but you can't blame the hotel for inconsiderate people.
The hotel staff are very helpful and nice, always smiling. Breakfast are included with some variations, location is easily accessible, within walking distance from city center (around 1.5 km I think) and you can easily come here from the airport. Rooms are spacious, but if there are more chairs or tables should be provided for putting our stuff would be much better. Love the fridge so that we can prepare some chilling food after walking for the whole day. Definitely enjoy staying here!
No English. The breakfast was far from a minimum nice one, omelets for 3 days because it was basically the only thing with a nice flavour. Can't buy tickets at the hote.
The room was filled up with nothing, with a very cold aspect, looks like the basic decoration wasn't even finished.
Wi-Fi connection was bad.
Hard to find for tuk-tuk drivers, and we have reached at least 3 different ones.
Not cousy, in general, not good.

It's Okay.
The staff are helpful. They were giving the normal prices of different visit routes in Ankor Wat as reference and helping me to get a TukTuk.
Stayed for 4 nights and they cleaned the room everyday when I went out, so it's clean and comfortable.
The hotel is not really near the pub street, the only place you could go at night, but it just cost you few minutes to there by TukTuk.
Overall the hotel is not bad. However, the swimming pool seems need some cleaning.
