Friendly, perfect organized and always for supporting ready
Amazing hotel. Can't express how happy I was in this hotel. The concept of a true comunity is awesome!
The kindess of the staff, the willing to make everything run smooth for us as guests, the kindess of the tuk tuk drivers... everything is perfect in this amazing place.
I recomend everybody to stay in this hotel when visiting Siem Reap!
I have stayed in many hotels but didn't feel the need to praise one of them this much. The staff is amazing. Everything in the hotel is well thought. Location is good. On top of it you can re-store your belief for a kinder and better world.
We had a wonderful three night stay at People by The Community. The hotel is in a great location (very close to Angkor Wat and downtown Siem Reap), clean, and quiet. The staff is incredibly kind and attentive, including having tuk tuk drivers standing by to transport guests throughout the day and always offering to help schedule / recommend activities throughout the city. Would highly recommend staying here and getting to know more about Siem Reap!
Cozy and comfort hotel. Close to Angkor Wat and pub street. Courteous and accommodating staff. Good food. Tuk tuk available in front of the hotel.
Had some technical problems with our booking, so delay in check in. Power cut one time during the day for short time. But none of these were botheration.

Highly recommend. Lovely staff, great hotel, perfect location for daily bike rides through Angkor Wat.
This property exceeded all expectations. The staff went above and beyond to welcome their guests and ensure their guests were comfortable and happy with accommodations (Bunny was INCREDIBLE). The room was quiet. The beds were very comfy. The property has an excellent restaurant and a beautiful rooftop pool. They also offer a variety of excursions around Siem Reap and spa options on the property. The hospitality provided was impeccable! Excellent stay!
There was nothing to dislike about this hotel and I would definitely stay there again, without even looking at other hotels.
The staff were extremely helpful, very friendly and went out of their way to assist you.
The food in the restaurant was amazing.
My stay in Cambodia was one of the best holidays that I have had and that was due to the staff at People By The Community.

Amazing staff and the project you are supporting is very important for the community.
The breakfast staff knew our kid names and made our stay very pleasant.
One of the most amazing hotel experiences I had in a long time. Stayed for only 3 nights and was blown away by the friendly and personal welcome. Everything from staff to hotel itself to style and feel couldn't have been better. They are still building up their rapport and online presence, but experience was already 10/10
We stayed in March 2024. Everything was great! We love all the staff. They are kind, respectful and go out their way to help you. We love To Pech (not sure if my spelling is correct). She is nice and personally took care of my son and me. If we ever go back to Siem Reap, this hotel is definitely on our top list to stay.
The hotel is great value for the money. Staff is amazing especially Bunny and Sofia. Stay in the suite if possible. Two pools, solid food. Close enough to everything but also nice and quiet.
Beautiful spacious room, nicely decorated ambience, friendly staff.
The breakfast was good but small. Hotels.com charged 17 USD for it but the price in the hotel would have been only 7USD. Even 7 USD is a bit costly for what you get.
We had a good visit at People by the Community. Environment friendly practices were a good thing and the pool at the sixth floor lovely for evening dip. Staff were really helpful and friendly.
People by the Community Delivers Beauty and Warmth
I recently stayed at People by the Community and would gladly give it five stars. The interior and aesthetics are exceptionally beautiful and relaxing. The staff is super friendly, nice, and warm, making the stay truly enjoyable. I wholeheartedly appreciate their efforts in shaping up the community. Highly recommended!
People by the Community is an amazing new and affordable hotel that is centered around kindness and supporting the local community. From the moment I arrived I was greeted by the friendly staff and received their own signature welcome drink.
Everything was excellent from the room, food, drinks, and always having tuk tuk drivers available to take us anywhere.
The best part about the place was all of the friendly staff that went above and beyond in service to their guests. I had an issue with my phone and they helped me find a shop to fix it. All of the staff were great to talk to and get to know. Definitely recommend this place in Siem Reap!
We were welcomed at this quaint hotel with a wonderful ginger and honey tea snd fresh fruit plate before being shown to our room which was very clean, quite large and comfortable. The Tuk Tuks from the hotel were the most reasonable we had in our travels throughout Vietnam and Cambodia. They also came back to get us when requested. We also had breakfast at the hotel, and it was delicious. They also arranged a ride to the airport for a very reasonable price (equivalent to Grab). They will also arrange for tours! The staff is very kind, genuine and super friendly. We didn’t use the pool but I felt the water and it felt refreshing.
I love that these are people from the community working to help other people in the community.
When we arrived we did nt know that the hotel had been 'taken' over by people of the community. It seemed like some sort of charity work.
Hats off to them for taking on a hotel and keep it running albeit on a shoestring budget. Things in a normal hotel had been cut back Eg breakfast menus, amenities open etc however credit where credit is due, they are trying their hardest to make it work.
