My booking included airport shuttle and I paid for it (paid to Expedia).
But after I booked, the hotel emailed me and said that the airport shuttle
wasn't included. I had to pay separate if I wanted the airport shuttle. I explained to the hotel manager that the airport shuttle was included and I already paid to Expedia but he kept saying it wasn't.
Moreover, the hotel does NOT have elevator but they didn't mention this on the Expedia website. It's not nice to a person like me because I have knees pain.
So I strongly suggest that Expedia and
King Boutique Hotel should fix this discrepancies for the future customers.
For the record, the hotel manager and stuff are very polite and nice to me regardless.
