We have stayed here a number of times. The breakfast is ok but limited. Its cheap and clean however it does need new sunloungers round the pool to make it more comfortable. If you are on a budget definitely recommend this place

Check-in was very quick (we were 8 people over 3 rooms), the pool was just right for adults and kids. Breakfast is a bit limited by Western standards, but the Khmer in our group seemed happy enough. All in all, very good value,

superb value
the hotel is superb for the price. nice pool to cool down in during the day after touring around and a pool side bar. lovely clean rooms done daily if required. basic breakfast but tasty and adequate. the hotel is just past the bar strip so nice and quiet. from there to pub street, which is about 500 meters there are plenty of bars and restaurants.if you don,t fancy the walk a tuk tuk will cost between $1 and $2.tours and trips can be organized at the reception desk and checking in was very easy.

Wonderful stay
Wonderful stay. Great location away from the chaos of Pub Street but still within walking distance. Close to lots of delicious, affordable restaurants and bars. Very friendly, helpful staff. Excellent breakfast and enjoyed the pool. Spacious comfortable room.

I'd stay in Bliss Villa again!
An easy-going place where I felt safe as a female solo traveller. There was always someone on duty and reliable tuk tuk drivers outside. The pool looked green when I arrived but was cleaned and was then fabulous. The road has lots of bars and restaurants and is buzzing but Bliss Villa is at the quieter end. The town centre and Pub Street are in walking distance but the food is cheaper on Sok San Street. My only issue was that my room looked onto the pool but had no net curtains to stop people seeing into my room.

value for money
Amazing little place for the price .rooms are clean and comfortable and the shower is hot .Breakfast is pretty basic but good again for the price . The location is perfect far enough away from Pub Street to get a good night's sleep . The only negative is that the sun loungers by the pool need put on the bonfire and new ones bought . Saying that we've stayed here on 2 visits now and would probably come back again .

Good budget hotel
Good budget hotel in Siem Reap within walking distance to pub street. Breakfast was good and the pool was nice. The only problems were the wifi kept disconnecting and the bed mattress was uncomfortable. For the price, it's a decent place to stay.

Good value for the price. No car parking. Adequate
A very good value for the price. Clean room (except the booger stuck to the wall). Decent bed. The breakfast was ok but for free it was great. Excellent location and a nice pool. I've lived in Cambodia for many years so my standards are different from most travellers. But we will definitely stay there again. One point is they advertise free parking, but they only had motorcycle parking.

Great little place. Great location
Seriously can't fault the place for the price we paid. Perfect location far enough from Pub street to be quiet however close enough to walk to it and the Night markets. Breakfast was in with the price and was ok, however we ate down the street most days. Would stay here again definitely.

Room and hotel amenities: - The room is clean and exactly as what it depicted in the picture. - Pool is clean. Accessibility: - There's a convenience store next to the hotel - 2 minutes walk and there's a massage place - Restaurants are within 1-2mins walks. - For muslims, there are 2 halal restaurants about 5 mins walk. - You can get to the night market in 7-10mins walk. The only con in my trip is that the hotel forgot to send a pickup at the airport after confirmation has been made. I ended up waiting and trying to contact hotel for nearly 2 hours. Only tuk tuk driver apologize on the mishap, hotel staff doesn't even acknowledge the inconveniece. The hotel number is also wrong in expedia websites. Hope you can give it a check. Despite the pick up issue, i do recommend this hotel.

Customer service lacking avoid.
Pickup at airport was arranged a month before hand, confirmed a week before the stay as confirmed by the hotel. Arrived at airport no pickup and two hours after we had to borrow a locals phone to call the hotel. The hotel responded in a grumpy arrogant and annoyed fashion. Upon arrival at the hotel the receptionist after being told that we had no pickup as arranged decided to laugh at us. Demanding a deposit for the room. The room had no toilet seat. It was placed next to the toilet but wasn't useable. We asked the hotel about this the response was we will get around to it later. For the duration of the stay we had one towel between two people. The room was cleaned once during our long stay. The door was broken so the cleaners onemorning at 7.45 am would barge in leave abruptly. The stay only got worse everyday when the receptionist asked us who we was and when we was checking us out. Or getting us confused with another's booking. There is better quality service and hotels near by.

Great little hotel. Full range of types of rooms. Management are lovely. You can get a real bargain here if you book the correct room. Food is sub par. Breakfast is not included even though Hotels.com suggests it is.

Best bet in Angkor!
Stayed here for two short stays and was amazed that for do few $$ the property delivers in spades! I mean the value of the airport pickup is practically the cost of the room. Clean, comfortable, everything works, staff are beyond helpful.

Money stolen - not worth the stay.
We had two $20 bills stolen from deep inside two different bags, as well as two mini flashlights and that day's Angkor wat ticket. Management denied our assertions saying they already checked bags ($40 is quite easy to hide though..) There are no safes in the room. The money is one thing, but we're both very uncomfortable that cleaning staff rifled through our entire bags. I don't recommend staying here.

Very comfortable dorm beds and clean rooms. Not a very social hostel if you're trying to meet fellow travellers, but the service and condition of the place is great.

Comfortable stay at the Bliss.
Spacious room that had all of the basic amenities for a hotel. The Bliss is located about a 7 min walk to the main road and about 10 to 15 mins to Pub street and the central market. It is a bit further away from the action, but good as the bars and decent restaurants nearby do not charge as much as they do at Pub street. Hotel in general is super clean as shoes are taken off before entering the hotel. (Slippers are provided)

Stayed at Bliss Villa for Family of 5
We are a group of 5. We had a great time at Bliss Hotel. Staff are really nice and helpful. Although we just stayed for 2 nights, it was such a wonderful experience. Definitely, I will stay again in their hotel if I go back to Siem Reap, Cambodia. It's worth the value of our money.

Great hotel with a pool
We had a fantastic time at Bliss Villa. The rooms were very spacious and clean. The pool is probably the highlight of the hotel as it is big enough to actually swim in and extra towels for the pool were available at the front desk. What we also liked a lot was the free coffee/tea in the lounge 24/7. The hotel is a bit off the beaten track but it's very quite and still within walking distance to the markets and pub street. Lots of good and cheap restaurants nearby (nothing wrong with draught beer for $ 0.50). We even met the Owner, Don from Montana. You can tell that he keeps the place in very good condition. Big Thank you to Don and his team of dedicated young people. We'll definitively come back if we get the chance.
