"We visit Norfolk every New Year, and this was our first time staying in this building. The building itself is stunning and I had high hopes that our stay would be brilliant. I received clear communication in the run up to booking, but different checking in and out times to those on hotels.com!?! The checking in process was OK, although the key lock box was very difficult to open, and it took us about 30 minutes. The apartment has everything you could need, including a bathroom and an en suite for the main bedroom. Really well equipped kitchen and comfortable beds and sitting room. There are lots of steps between different levels which was not a problem but could be for those who find stairs tricky. It was a perfect place for my work needs and I really hope to be back. "

"Lack of linens and towels was my only issue. I flew in and had to arrange those items locally, at some considerable inconvenience. Also, there was barely enough toilet paper and paper towels, and the hand soap in the bathroom was empty. Besides that it was an overall excellent stay. "

"Was the perfect get away, not too far from Cromer with beautiful walks straight out the front door! The only little issue was the walls were rather thin so could hear people upstairs talking! The pool area was lovely with sauna steam room and hot tub! Easy to get access and turn up when you like. Staff were very helpful and friendly, would highly recommend. Dishwasher and everything was included! With tablets and laundry sheets provided in the apartment! "
