"The location in the heart of Sheringham is perfect, a short walk to the high street with dedicated parking which is a bonus. The flat is comfortable, was clean & welcoming, shabby chic in style. Little extras like milk, coffee & biscuits were a nice touch. Communication with Angie before we arrived was great and we had all we needed for our short stay. There were just the two of us but the property would easily accommodate a family of 6 comfortably."

"A great listing. We were two friends in our mid 50s and one 21 year old daughter and loved our stay. A bit of a walk from the train station but if you’re traveling light very doable. The beds were comfy, living room was roomy, and kitchen had the basics to be able to whip up a good breakfast. The upstairs bathroom has no door and it can be quite loud from the bar across the street. Despite that, I would stay here again. The Merchant’s House which is very close has great coffee and toasties."

"We were very pleasantly surprised by the spacious apartment, good-sized bedrooms, lounge/diner, kitchen and bathroom. It was good being on the ground floor and the private parking space was very much appreciated. The outside private terrace was a bonus for my vaping wife. Great location only 5 minutes walk from the town centre and beach. "Rocky Bottoms" was fab. We'll be back."

Only negative was the very slow Wi-Fi - and the qr code provided was ideal for connecting on the phone- but not quite so easy on the laptop or firestick - an analogue code would have helped . Fortunately we were able to access BT Wi-Fi at the location."

"The property is right in the centre of Holt, so handy for all the shops, restaurants and amenities. Although the property is on the second floor, this allows a vantage point to people watch, and see the town wake up, or the Sunday market setting up! When we arrived, we checked to see if bread, milk, sugar, tea, or, as we had seen in other welcome packs, a cake... Nothing was provided.
