"Great Place, Great Restaurant, slow service for dinner"

"Not impressed at all. Although the hotel was practically empty, all of the guests were in rooms next to each other, and it was NOISY! The mattress was so old and uncomfortable. It was sunken in the middle, super thin, and the springs were poking me all night. TV didn't work. Lamp didn't work. No tissues. Reeked of chlorine. Breakfast was sad. It was probably a great hotel in the past (they have plaques in the lobby saying they won awards many years ago) but it's like they stopped trying."
