"Staff were very helpful in parking our car and showing us to our room. But the room was dark, the bed was the hardest I’ve ever slept on, and the wifi was connected but exceptionally weak. And road noise on first floor was significant. "

"We struggled getting to this hotel. The bridge across the gap was one-way...the wrong way. After I broke the law to run in for instructions, the staff person directed me down this curved road to a tiny parking garage with a kooky man in charge. We were highly confused, language issues, but we got to our room. Our room was sizeable, with a balcony looking out over the gap, bridge, and kooky man's parking garage. "Great verandah to sit on with beachside decorations. Excellent breakfast served by helpful owner. Garden of cacti and bare earth. Bedroom and bathroom very comfortable although hot water took ages to come through. Easy walk to beach which is nice for a swim. Only 10 mins drive to Valley of Temples or centre of San Leone where there are lots of restaurants."

"We chose this hotel for a quick one night stay to stab into Valley of the Temples park just 3 minutes away first thing in the morning, which we did. We found the room on the small side. The air conditioner seemed to run with odd intermittent noises. Our main issue was with the shower. First, the doors slid apart from the center on tracks as in a closet, but one door was so off-track, it was hanging on 1 of 4 rollers. I was able to get the top two back on track, but the bottom two needed tools. The second issue was the faucet handle was dead center on the long wall right where the showeree would stand--and it was a pullout handle, not a turn knob, not two or three knobs, a handle that juts into the action zone. Talking about thoughtless design, then add my gurthiness, it was an unpleasant dance in deed. I can't speak about all their rooms, but I would ask that they review this design flaw. Overall we slept well and we're able to accomplish our tourist objectives. I want to point out our wonderful experience eating dinner at Pizzeria Mythos Nella Valle--their food is tremendous and tasty. Great family run restaurant with high integrity. Five minutes walk from hotel. Nevermind the lower rating...their food is the real deal! "
