"Location and view is stunning. The Pool is amazing warm and our boys loved it. Communication with the host is simple. The house is big and clean we had a wonderful week in Roscoff but the house needs renovation, some things are simply broken and need replacement (vacuum cleaner, shower holder) others are just old or not of good quality. There is outdoor furniture but no cushions, the barbecue is a really cheap one and comes without any barbecue tools."

"We had a great family holiday here. The owners were really helpful and responsive to questions and allowed us to check in early on the first day which was much appreciated after a 4.45 wake up on the ferry! The house was clean and bright and had everything we needed. The warm outside shower was great for after the beach. Lovely beaches very nearby which we had to ourselves (end of May). The garden was great for the kids and we enjoyed the selection of garden games. We’d come and stay here again....

"We have just had a magical stay in Santec. The photos really don't do the house and the location justice. Yvonne had gone to a big effort to make sure the house was spotless on arrival and had put fresh flowers in the house and made 40 fresh crepes along with jam and marmalade. "Perfect house for a week away with the family. Kids loved the pool, which was great for when the weather was a bit cloudy. Beaches are really close by and easy to access. The hot tub was ideal as well, and well maintained. Lots of beds for our large family one double downstairs with adjacent shower room for parents, then two double rooms plus a room with two singles and a bunk bed upstairs for the kiddies."

"While the house was clean and comfortable, tastefully decorated and obviously a well-renovated quaint older substance building…..NOTHING can top the terrace facing the ocean in the back of the house. With the location of the house at the end of the street and well-situated screens/walls the deck is completely private, right on the edge of the ocean above granite boulders, so when the tide comes in you can hear the waves breaking…nothing says vacation more than soaking in the hot tub to that...

Excellent hosts and a very simple check in/check out process. An indoor swimming pool for the couple of days when the weather was poor (essential with 3 grandchildren). Highly recommended."

"Wir sind sehr herzlich von der Vermieterin empfangen worden. Sie hat uns alles genau gezeigt und erklärt und war immer für uns da. Das Haus ist mit sehr viel Liebe eingerichtet. Man hat einen enormen Komfort und man braucht sich keine Gedanken zu machen, dass irgendein Küchengerät oder Putz- & Waschmittel nicht vorhanden ist. Auch für den Garten ist alles da. Top eingerichtet und einfach wunderschön. Schade, dass die Hunde in der Nachbarschaft so viel bellen."
