"This place was great. We enjoyed the staff, they were so helpful with everything. The food in the restaurant was amazing. The place is a little far but once you get there it’s greatly appreciated. It sits right on the ocean and the view is spectacular!!! They rent motorbikes so it’s easy to get around and visit waterfalls. The rooms are a great size and very clean. I recommend this place to any traveller!"

"I stayed in a cozy bungalow and it was perfect for me for 8 nights. If my stay was shorter, I would have upgraded since the other rooms are more spacious and generally nicer. The customer service was top-notch. The pool was incredible! I spent all my time upstairs in the yoga palapa area."

"Lovely little place. Very small so if you’re looking for a big hotel with lots of facilities it won’t be for you. But the room was great, big, good air con, comfortable bed etc. and very nice people, reasonably priced food and drink etc. overall for the price I was very much surprised on the upside and would definitely recommend. However some rooms are quite small so I’d recommend paying a tiny bit extra for one of the bigger rooms if they’re available. We had room 10 and it was lovely."

"The room I stayed in was nice. Which that what ya pay for. The room had a water heater,but no coffee, nor coffee cups. Just had beer and pop that was a cost. Both mornings I was there went to breakfast, the lady that was taking the order was very dismantle. Her attitude toward us was like you didnt feel welcome there. Couldn't wait get through eating and get out of there. And their kichten was supposed open up at 6am,which didn't happen. Had walk down to ask when they was going to open. Really...

"The diving was awesome ... something new every dive. Guides (Ace) were very skilled and spotted all the things we wanted to see on our muck diving treasure hunts. Resort staff and manager were super friendly and sorted a couple of our trips outside the property. "We had a great three nights at Pura Vida. Beautiful property with perfectly manucured gardens and excellent accommodations. The buffet breakfast was lovely with a different theme everyday. The resort is a short walk to a marine sanctuary that had some of the best snorkeling we've done in the Philippines. Highly recommended this resort. Wonderful helpful staff as well."

"What a great place to be, owners Zoe and Tim have made a very comfortable resort, are very hospitable , welcoming and when I had a drama with delayed flights, we’re so helpful in changing things when needed. They also have an amazing group of staff working for them-the best! They handled all my snorkelling tours which where brilliant -and Bodek my snorkelling guide, also excellent. Would absolutely return, 10/10. "
