"This is our second year staying here (see my previous review from August 2023) and we loved it as much as we did last year: easy, relaxed, comfortable, great location. One thing I’d mention is that there are no smoke detectors or carbon monoxide detectors in the house (which they say in the listing, ..."

"James was an absolute pleasure of a host. Made sure to tell us the basic ground rules without being over bearing - and was super responsive via text. The location was perfect, and I had the best 30th birthday weekend with my best friends. Highly recommend booking with him."
