We were just a short drive to Amherst and Springfield as well which was convenient. This hotel was a great location. The staff was friendly and everything was clean. I enjoyed the healthy options for breakfast and the coffee was good. "

"Easy to get to with lots of dining and shopping options nearby. It has a really nice fire pit and grill patio area that we used to sit and have smores. Loved the full kitchen with refrigerator, stove top, pots & Pans and dishes. Even a toaster and a cutting board. Really liked having a separate sitting area and a small dining table and chairs. This chain is fast becoming my go to place to stay. "

"Stayed here for the night after my daughter tour UMass Amherst. It was clean and the rooms were very spacious and had a full kitchen. The girl at the desk was very friendly and helpful too. We will definitely stay here again anytime we are in the area as it also felt safe, secure and had a great breakfast."

"Was kind of nervous since the outside of the hotel looked sketchy and old however it was surprisingly decent. The free breakfast was delicious, the staff was nice and helpful, the room was clean. Will definitely stay here again next time I’m in the area. "

"First time stating a tru hotel. The bed and pillows were comfortably. I LOVED early check in 3pm and late checkout at 12pm. That extra hour makes a huge difference. They dont have an actual closet just an small area to hang up clothes , room could ealy looks messy clothes in the open. That will not deter me from staying again late check OUT YES. "
