"This hotel caters mostly for Chinese . We are from Australia so there was a great language barrier for most of our stay. We managed to order room service once by calling a hotel staff up to point out what we wanted . The food was good. The carpets were awful and not very clean at all however the bathroom was reasonably clean. We weren't allowed on our balcony this not much point to ordering a balcony room. And the beds were rock hard . The mini bar had nothing in it and the tea and coffee making...

"The worst hotel I’ve ever been. The carpet of the room was filthy, the toilet was disgusting, there was pubic hairs in the shower. They just make the beds but not cleaning at all. We booked this hotel because it supposed to have free airport shuttle but they made us pay ¥100. Nobody speaks english. "
