I love the staff great customer service What I did not like was the sheets did not smell good they had a odor and the pillows was horrible I woke up with my neck hurting this morning and the ice machine was not working on my floor so I had to walk to the other floor just to get ice twice!!!!

The second night was noisy. Kids keep running back and forth in the room above. The breakfast was disappointing, especially the fruit, it was awful.

Very displeased
The hotel was nice however we did not get to sleep because a smoke alarm started going off all night long. We had plans to attend an event and we had to cancel and drive back to Houston because we have not had any sleep. The hotel staff got very rude when we expressed our concern. I was very upset that I didn’t get any sleep and I had to cancel going to the even I drove here for to begin with. Also the air conditioner shut off in the middle of the night and the room got really hot. We were miserable staying at this property.
