The hotel was excellent. It was trying get refund from Expedia.com My husband had a tractor accident and he was in ICU and transferred to another hospital and fighting with Expedia trying to get my money refunded. They still have not refunded my money. I will never use Expedia again

Staff at the hotel were extremely friendly and helpful. Room’s AC did not tend to stay on for longer than a a couple minutes at lowest temp (60), so room would fluctuate temp frequently. Bed was not comfortable and felt stiff. Otherwise, the room was spacious, very clean, and stocked well.

It was clean, but is obviously an older property. The shower in my room didn’t work properly but I reported it as I was checking out. They made a note of it so that it can be repaired. Breakfast was excellent with a wide variety of foods. Staff was very courteous and helpful. I did think it was pricey for what I got. However, it was within walking distance of the hospital that my mom was in.

This hotel is the best. We always stay here when we travel to Shreveport. Ms Jean at the breakfast buffet is so nice! The front desk staff members are friendly and really helpful. Clean and well maintained!
