Read some negatives - don't know where those folks were, but it wasn't at Bally's. Enjoyed the stay - large room, clean, quiet, convenient. Nice people, good food. Only issue was that we did not have a clock in the room.

Easy access off interstate… our room was dirty! Looked like it had not been vacuumed along the wall or under the bed in a long time! Mold around shower wall on the outside. There were also no trash bags in the trash can.

The reason they getting such a low rating is due to the fact when we went down for breakfast in the hotel and was told that there’s not one coffee bean in the hotel we could not get a cup of coffee!

Worst customer service I have ever encountered. No heat in our room. No manager on duty to address our concerns. Valet closed. Website not updated. You couldnt pay me to stay here again.
