"The property isvery clean and has all the amenities we needed. We stayed in Sandy Ground to be near a friend who had moored their boat in the Bay. We had very easy walkable access to a beach and lots of restaurant options. If you want to see the rest of the island, which we did, you will need to rent a car. "

All the Others Also👏👏👏.. an 😊ldie and Goldie If you want something shiny and new there is plenty of those big hotels that cost an arm and a leg to stay at this place had everything I needed and I like that the most about it ..it's the real deal.. cool little bungalows on the edge of the sand and steps from the water!!!"

"Extremely friendly staff before I even arrived. I had trouble finding the property with the address provided, so the property manager called and provided directions while I was driving there. The groundskeepers were all extremely friendly and waved each time I went past them. The view was amazing and you could see St. Martin from the house. Everything was clean and they provided bottled water when I arrived. I felt very safe at the property as a solo traveler, and had no worries about anyone trying to take my stuff. There were tables, umbrellas, and chairs for lounging on the beach, and i was able to leave my stuff unattended several times while walking along the beach. Will definitely be booking again and bringing my whole family. "
