The Zenith at Shoal Bay is a modern designer home basking in an elevated position, with the ideal N/E aspect, and magnificent harbour and treetop views. It’s only 5 mins drive to Nelson Bay’s town centre and marina and close to all the attractions and activities Port Stephens has to offer. Backing onto Tomaree National Park and its walking trails, the home is just a short stroll to the popular Shoal Bay Country Club and beach, as well as three sought-after surf beaches, which can be walked to via the bush trails. With four bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms and two huge viewing balconies, to take in the panoramic vista, it can accommodate up to 8 guests in seaside bliss and surrounded by nature.

The Zenith is a sprawling, two-storey holiday home. On the top level you’ll discover the stylish and spacious open plan living areas, comprised of a lounge room with smart TV, dining room and fully equipped gourmet kitchen, complete with bar stools and a Nespresso Vertuo coffee pod machine. The living rooms flow out onto a massive, undercover balcony where you can immerse yourself in the views of Shoal Bay beach, the glistening blue water of the harbour and the surrounding hinterland. The balcony features a dining table, outdoor lounge suite and a BBQ for cooking up holiday banquets or your day’s catch. Also on this level is the plush master bedroom, with a king sized bed, smart TV, glorious views and a grand ensuite with large free-standing bath tub, two shower heads, one being a ceiling waterfall shower, and a double basin vanity.

On the lower level are three more bedrooms, which all have enchanting views of Port Stephens’ dazzling waterways, and sliding doors onto another enormous balcony with a luxurious king sized day bed and an outdoor lounge setting. Two bedrooms each have a queen sized bed and one bedroom features a smart TV and two extra-long zip singles that can be joined together upon request to form a king sized bed. The bathroom on this level has a double basin vanity and ceiling waterfall shower head.

The Zenith has a double garage with internal access, additional off-street parking, a powder room with handy third toilet, a laundry with washer and dryer, air-con in the living areas and fans in each bedroom. Upon arrival you’ll find the beds made and towels for your bathrooms. This private, free standing home has recently been completely renovated and impeccably styled in a sophisticated, yet relaxed, coastal aesthetic.

NO VISITORS - We have a strict policy in relation to 'visitors' to the property. A fee of $500 per head will be charged if additional people are found at the property that are over and above the number of beds at the property or guests not registered.

Great location, awesome view, very private
We were just a couple so we only used the top floor which was great and we had all we needed. If there were more guests as planned, I think we might have needed more glasses, plates etc. but for the two of us, it was great.

Absolute bliss!
This property is truly amazing - the home is modern and well appointed. The views are stunning and the whole “vibe” was holiday. Impossible not to relax and enjoy all the house had to offer, despite the weather! Even then the vista was still stunning and the rain on the roof and the sound of the sea was beautiful. Situated on the edge of the national park was serene and quiet, very private and away from the hustle of Shoal Bay. Can’t recommend this house highly enough! Great Property - Almost Perfect
This Property was almost perfect! The location was great the house was very comfortable. We had a really nice family holiday. There were a few things that I'd like to give constructive feedback on. The floors were extremely dirty. they need a really good scrub! our feet were black from only minutes of walking around the home. (we were asked to wear no shoes in the property. that was fine but our feet were constantly dirty because of the floors) The beds did not have mattress protectors on them and just a bare sheet. The toaster was broken and only toasted on one side. I only give this feedback as I would love to stay at this property again and would hope that these things were considered or fixed. Thanks

Great view and quite street with the national park out front. It was nice to have soap pumps and hand sanitiser in bathrooms. A few things need fixing, bin drawer in kitchen, shower screen in bathroom leaks water - needs silicone along the bottom. Ensuite bathroom in not very practical could do with a shower screen.
