With a private top floor setting and overlooking a nature reserve, the floor to ceiling windows bring in plenty of natural light and there are leafy views from every room.

The property is ideal for couples wanting a private getaway and revel in the serene, natural surrounds whilst enjoying the views and Tomaree Mountain in the distance. Enjoy the peace and quiet whilst resting on the balcony and taking in the sea breeze.

Ideally located just 650 metres from the main hub of Shoal Bay, where you will find a large array of entertainment, bars, restaurants, boutique shopping, cafes, and the beautiful white sands of Shoal Bay Beach. Behind the apartment is a nature trail which links directly with trails to Zenith and Box beach, or if you are up for it, to the top of Tomaree Mountain.

The apartment is equipped with split system air con in the living room and ceiling fans in the bedrooms which you will surely appreciate after a day in the sun. Living and dining is open plan, with a Smart TV, Wi-Fi and comfortable furnishings.

The fully equipped kitchen is complete with all the cooking facilities you will need including an upright stove, microwave, and a fridge with a small freezer compartment. Both bedrooms feature queen beds so two couples can stay comfortably and listen to the sound of the waves at night time.

The main bathroom has a full bath, separate shower and the property provides an internal laundry with a front loader washing machine and dryer and there are two undercover car spaces.

Great location, access to national park trails, close to restaurants and bay. Top floor unit, so allow for stairs. Loved the décor.
