"This is a newly renovated property and it is very clean and above normal standard for the area. The staff are all very helpful and friendly. There is a supermarket 1 minute walk away and a restaurant in the hotel (free breakfast buffet). There is also a very good pizza/italian restaurant just 1 minute walk away. The apartments are modern and have excellent heating/cooling and feature a modern bathroom with tub and shower heads and also a kitchen with a full size fridge and microwave and separate bedrooms. I highly recommend this hotel. For Dentaprime patients, it is just 7 minutes to dentaprime using the hourly free shuttle the hotel provides. Also, the WiFi is excellent at the hotel. "

"front desk staff was so nice. I arrived very early and she was able to let me into my room earlier than the check in time! The transit system around the hotel is very good and there is a great gas station next to the hotel convenience. It is also very close and walkable to many major sites, the beach, museums and more. The room itself was very clean, it was a HUGE room. The bed was comfortable and the re was more than enough space to relax."

"We have stayed at this hotel many times and keep on returning, which is the best recommendation we can give. The reception staff is always alert and willing to help. There are few "down issues" one being a chronic problem trying to turn off lights over the bed. It is an electric wiring defect. Again, reception staff are ready to help. I have not stayed at many hotels in Varna, but will return to the Golden Tulip when the time comes"
