"I booked this sight unseen, from the US. We Rishikesh for a memorable trip - this hotel was well reviewed on several sites. It is set in a spectacular location, with a clear view of the Ganga. The approach road is, as is typical for Rishikesh, a one-lane narrow street - friendly people at both ends keep watch to ensure that cars do not go in at the same time at both ends! The rooms are clean, comfortable and have fans as well as heating (I did not check the air-conditioning). The food is excellent - it is strictly vegetarian and since they do not have a liquor license, one cannot get alcohol in the restaurant. The staff arranged a tuk-tuk for us to visit other locations in Rishikesh. They are extremely friendly and nice, especially the front desk."

I think the hotel picked the staff really well and it is their biggest asset. Rooms are quite big and with air conditioning. The hotel is beautifuly decorated, and has direct access to Ganga river and a beautiful view. Breakfast is healthy and delicious, dinner was also very nice. I have already booked my next stay."

"This was supposed to be a 5* hotel. The room we were initially given was dirty and smelly. We asked them to change it. After 3 attempts at showing us different rooms, we were eventually given a clean room and the furniture in it was also clean. The staff were friendly and to be fair they were actually in the middle of renovations. It worked out for us in the end. "
