The air quality in the rental was poor and had a dehumidifier, which we were not aware of until arrival, and came with no instructions that we needed to manually empty it. It smelled musty and moldy and couldve also used an air purifier. The rental was basic and couldve used some more homey touches. Location was convenient for what we were in town for."

"This apartment was a great stay. We wanted to be close to some friends that live in Long Island. The space was perfect for my 9 month old, my husband and myself. In our first night, we had an issue with the toilet and Tammy came to our rescue immediately. Communication with her was so easy and although it was a brief inconvenience, having a super attentive host made a huge difference. She fixed the issue herself!!! "Host never showed up to give us our key so we could not get in. We contacted VRBO and they could not get a hold of our host either. The VRBO customer service was helpful. We had to search for a last minute hotel and nothing was available. Thankfully a friend let us stay 45 minutes away for the night. We were able to find a hotel for the other 2 nights at steep prices. "This place was close to my son and family to whom we visited for a week Never met the host but that wasn't really necessary as entry was simple. Good wifi, tv and all our needs were met. Lots of niceties and although small the kitchen had a full sized fridge, oven, microwave and all dining essentials. The only downside was the mattress, as it is saggy, has no support and needs to be replaced. This is not a full cabin rental as the ad seems to allude to but a downstairs unit. There are windows...
