"During my two-week trip to Japan, one of the most memorable experiences was our stay at Hotel Indigo Karuizawa, An IHG Hotel. The experience was excellent, with warm and welcoming staff. The rooms were spotless and more spacious than others we stayed in. While the location wasn’t as central, with having attractions within walking distance, it was conveniently close to the mall and train station via taxi. Although we didn’t get a chance to try the on-site restaurant, the onsen was a standout feature and a key reason we chose this hotel, despite it being the most expensive of our trip. Out of the six hotels we stayed in, this was definitely one of our favorites, and I highly recommend it."

"It was a great stay at Sora Hotel Karuizawa Outlet. Room was spacious and the service staff were warm and welcoming. The lobby area is quaint with a grand piano that guests could play at. It is a dog-friendly hotel, ideal for dog owners and dog lovers. The location is good, less than 10 drive from Karuizawa Prince Shopping Plaza and there’s free parking on site. Breakfast was sumptuous with 4-5 variety of mains to choose from. If you choose not to have house-keeping, they will refund a small amount of the room fees back to you which is a nice gesture. "
