"In the site of Expedia it is mentioned that the location of the hotel is in Shimla But the hotel is far away even 15 KM away from kufri. The rooms are not good the flush of the toilet is not functioning we have to wait more than an hour to got it repaired . Our family, my friend and his family also with me, insisted us to vacate the room. We have vacated the rooms next day early in the morning eventhough we booked the rooms for 2 days. "Toshali Royal a great host, everything during our stay was perfect. The rooms are spacious, food at the restaurant is fresh and taste good. I must say the staff really knows how to host their guest, all of them are courteous and helpful. Parking can be inconvenient at locations where they are located,but parking staff ensures there are no issues and efficiently handles the parking of your vehicle."
