"The property was everything we could have asked for and more! My kids had a great time swimming in the pool and exploring the grounds. The pool cover quit working while we were there and the owners came right out to try and fix it. Extremely nice people I might add. Will certainly visit again!"

He answered promptly with any concerns.The 2 biggest issues we experienced were directions to the building. You should be aware that the building has been split into multiple units. "We enjoyed our stay at this property. The home had plenty of space and TVs in every room! It is located kind of close to a sketchy area of Dayton, but we did not feel unsafe. Lance was very responsive to any issues, and check-in was easy. Only suggestion would be to maybe upgrade the grill since it's specifically referenced in the listing.
