"Stayed for one night only. Nice and decent place - liked the carpets especially! Clean room and bathroom (even though small) - free of any odors. This place shows that Motels can be run well. I had only one difficulty - even when I moved the thermostat to the lowest temperature, the A/C was only pumping out hot air - I did not notice a setting for cool air. "The owner was nice enough to know I was in a walker and sometimes wheelchair, so he put us in the closest room to the exit and parking was right there. He also provided a chair for the shower for me. He was very helpful and kind. We will go back, for sure!"

"House was older, but charming. Very clean and well kept. Also great location to walk to downtown Frankenmuth which was a plus during Winterfest when driving is difficult. Only complaint might be lots of traffic even at night so it’s not real quiet to sleep. Would suggest curtains in upstairs bedrooms to help block out city lights. The blinds on the windows were not enough. "
