"We loved this place! It truly has everything. We were four families - Grandma, her three kids, and her 5 grandkids, ranging in age from 1-13. The hosts are lovely. They left us two bottles of wine and a gift certificate to Emily's produce. The house is amazingly outfitted for children -they have all of the baby stuff you could ever need. "We enjoyed our 2 nights at Cozy Place Close to the docks. Easy access and personalized connection with Nathalie were appreciated! We enjoyed the French and sail boating themes in the apartment, aligned the Annapolis maritime history! The docks are a short drive and old Town Annapolis was pleasant and historical! "We had a great time. Children and their parents spent a lot of time in the surprisingly large pool. Some adults chose the hot tub and the most active members of our group were paddleboarding and kayaking in the river. Severl people went hiking at Blackwater, and a few of us just sat on the screened in porch."
