"Excellent customer service with staff who were immaculate in their personal presentation - sadly lacking in hospitatlity generally. Warm and cosy on an extremely cold night - breakfast excellent and we asked to be served quickly as we had to leave to get to an appointment - which was dealt with efficiently and with a smile"

"We cannot fault the service we received. Michaela communicated with us before we arrived to ascertain TOA. When we got there she was enthusiastic, friendly and professional. The accommodation was clean and well maintained. Exactly as it looked on line. Breakfast was hot, well presented, and we were greeted by friendly staff as we entered the dinning room. We would choose Church Farm for any future visits to Norwich. "

"Wow !!!food mas amazing very big portions our gratitude to the cook and staff service from the staff top points praise them breakfast was truly great and the stay was great one thing to say would be the room we where in needed the cobwebs hoovered away there where a few it was very spacious and a rare treat was the shower we did stay 2 days we could come and go as we pleased we did book the restaurant.our bed and breakfast was value for money will revisit again . "

"Bartles Lodge is a gem of a hotel. It’s situated in a very peaceful and serene village, making it the perfect getaway from the hustle and bustle of day to day life. "Nice place .few points could do with some thought .pillows all very hard. Should have two of each to accomode different needs. For the price (£170) would have expected a decent level coffee offer and maybe a small fridge . As a frequent traveler this would be expected at this price level . Shower dispensers hadn't been filled fully . "

"Spotless.ly clean & lovely interior design. En suite very good & had a lovely slipper bath. Breakfast was exceptional with lots of choice to include pancakes & omelettes as well as traditional fry up. Hosts gave great attention to detail & were very happy to give advice & information to enable us to have a really enjoyable stay. "

"Although it was a good stay and in an excellent location, the room we stayed in was very dusty and needed a good clean. Bathroom blind was very dusty, exposed wires from a towel rail. Bedroom needed dusting and windows that opened needed cleaning. Confusion over the bill when we left."

Weekend away

"A little gem hidden away behind a shop, my wife and I drove straight past, first time. Lovely and cosy 😊😊 clean and tidy and welcoming. Room was comfortable and warm. Beds were perfect. What a continental breakfast, sooooo much choice and Kate was sooooo friendly, could have spent all morning talking to her 😊😊 We will be back 😁"

A big hooray for Hooray Henrys.

"Everything was perfect. I'm not surprised Jacquie and Dean are hosts as they are passionate about the stay at Hooray Henrys being memorable for each and every guest. I speak for myself of course but they could not do enough - decor well thought out, sumptuous duvet, mattress and pillows and a delicious home cooked breakfast, to name just a few things. Such attention to detail! Put your breakfast order in the evening before and you will get baked beans in a delightful dainty teacup. There are even scissors too to open the pesky sachets of tomato ketchup! I have always wanted to stay at Hooray Henry's and I got my wish. I hope to return. Many thanks for your hospitality Jacquie and Dean."
