We stayed three nights for the race in Dayton. Perfect location (close to packet pickup and 25 minutes from start of race). The house was clean and well equipped with high end appliances. Just what we needed.

Such a clean, up-to-date home. The beds were awesome! Rose is a great host - super responsive. Loved the woodsy decor alongside the modern appliances. It is close to a grocery store and a main thoroughfare. We had sunny days while in Sheridan, but had it rained, the garage has room for two vehicles. I would stay there again!

Perfect location
The house is way more inviting on the inside than it looks on the outside! Very comfortable, well appointed, and tastefully decorated. I loved walking the neighborhood in the evening, seeing the historic homes, (all with front porches!) and chatting with the neighborhood deer. I appreciated having a garage. Would definitely stay here again.

Really sweet place/attentive owner
We thoroughly enjoyed this very well appointed, quiet, lovely home. The kitchen is well stocked if you’re planning to cook there. The bedrooms are comfortable and nicely sized. One bed is pretty high, but that didn’t cause a problem for our family. We particularly liked the easy access to the garage in the back. The owner was readily available and fixed one little thing that came up very quickly. We really appreciated that. This was a great place to call home for our weekend and would love to be here again when we come back.
