Annual getaway
Our whole group enjoyed our second annual multigenerational getaway. It’s great having so many activities available from swimming, kayaking, volleyball, the game room, and the fire pit.

Beautiful Property
We had an amazing stay at this lake property. Kayaking on the smooth lake was perfect! The large yard was perfect for our annual family cornhole tournament! The fire pit was great for evening fires and family down time! Overall it was the best vacation we'd had in a long time!

Great space both indoors and out. Plenty of beds for large parties. Game room was great to hang out in. Also enjoyed eating/hanging at kitchen table looking out onto lake and watching birds. Private trails on property. Everything was very clean.

Wedding home away from home
The place we stayed at was right down the street from the wedding. It was a comfortable home and plenty of room for the wedding party. The owners were great. They quickly fixed any issue that came up.

Great Getaway
Our family has Christmas at a lake every summer. Everyone loved it and it was a great place for our Fox red lab. We really liked that it was a private lake and it was the only cottage on the lake. Lots of room too.

Love this place year after year
This is now the 3rd or 4th year we have rented here. The family that owns it makes improvements every year. I can tell a lot of care goes into the property. Having a big beautiful private lake makes this place truly unique.

Absolutely amazing! So peaceful. They have everything you could need for your stay. Plenty of room inside and out. The game room was wonderful, everyone enjoyed all the games and yard games they provided. We had a great time fishing for bluegill. This was truly a beautiful place to spend time with family!

The power went out Dallas came right away was going to set up a generator he had called the power company they came right away got us back up and running. It was Amazing service!!!! We love this property second time staying. Dallas and his wife are amazing hosts.

Really nice but weird layout
This was such a great place to stay--the house is spotless and has anything you need to stay. The kitchen is gorgeous and it was super cozy in the winter. Sleeping arrangements were slightly difficult because layout is a little weird--you can't get to the games room without going outside or through one of the bedroom/bathrooms--and the loft gets extremely hot, even with fans. It was very livable but quirky.

Exactly What We Needed
After years of looking for the perfect cottage for the whole family, we found it at Mann Lake. The property is exquisite. From the grounds, the placement of the swings, the chairs on the beach, the groomed trails and then the lake itself. It is beautifully maintained and every detail has been thought about with care. The walk out beach, swings, swing set tired our 4 year old out every day! The game room, kayaks, paddle boards, pedal boat, badminton and ladder ball tired out the 13 year olds. The week at the cottage provided the backdrop for precious memories, belly laughs and perfect summer days. We can't wait to return.

Perfect spot!
What a wonderful trip! We stayed for Christmas and they had everything decorated beautifully, even more than we expected! The place had everything we needed and then some. I was concerned when we were nearing the house because others homes were so close to the road. The house and property couldn't have been any more secluded and spacious. Dallas stopped out almost every day to fill up bird feeders, put apples out or to clear an area for the kids to skate. We attempted ice fishing, but the temps didn't cooperate. Despite the absolute frigid temps, the skating "rink" was used multiple times each day. We had forgotten sleds, but luckily had some cardboard boxes the kids used to slide down the small hill. The dogs had plenty of room to run around as well. The game room provided entertainment for the group during the evening hours. We ventured out to the local bowling alley for a few games as well. We took a little road trip to Greenville and enjoyed lunch at the 57 Brew Pub and Bistro, highly recommend as their food and beer was excellent. Overall everything was perfect, the home had everything we needed. Communication with Dallas was fabulous as well. Thank you for opening your home up to us, definitely would love to visit when it's warm out.

Home Away From Home
We have been to Mann Lake numerous times now. The relaxation and peace is absolutely amazing. My husband and I take our two Snoodles with us and they enjoy running up and down the trails. The property is private which makes our stay perfect. Our host(s) are wonderful!! They go out of their way to make sure your stay is top notch. It is definitely our “HOME AWAY FROM HOME”.

A little slice of heaven
This home has everything you need. You can go fishing, kayaking, paddle boating, paddle boarding, swimming, row boating and just relaxing by the lake. There is a game room with a pool table, pinball machine and tons of outdoor games. There is a fire pit for an evening bon fire. There are trails and just SO much to do. You will never be bored!!
