"Awesome welcome from Emma on reception. Enjoyed dinner in the restaurant. Our room was reached from outside - not sure how secure it is. Room was clean - stairway less so. Damp smell in bathroom and shower was either very hot or cold! Should be a TV in the bedroom. The “strictly” element of the signs outside is not terribly welcoming We will stay here again - mainly because of the location and the staff"

"Unable to check in at 3 as required. Messed around for over an hour. Given the code for my room and it was already taken. Mine was a large room with a double bed. I was given a substitute small room with single bed that squeaked everytime you moved. Stuff on the side for hot drinks but no kettle or mug. An utter shambles of a place in poor condition "

Made use of all facilities in room and nothing we needed was missing. "We stayed 2 nights. Booking and check-in couldnt have been easier. The apartment is in a great location and had everything we needed for our short stay. It was clean and tidy, with good heating and hot water. The shower was powerful, and the bed was comfy.
