"The house was very cute and well kept. It wasn’t too far from the water, but also not too crazy far of a drive to the main downtown areas. Simple to drive to! It was a nice quiet neighborhood!"

It was unfortunate some amenities were not available, but we are understanding of the recent flooding as some of us also live in NW Iowa and have also been affected. It would have been appreciated to receive communication on status of property before our arrival."

"Beautuful cottage and nice dock. The kitchen & guest bathroom rugs needed cleaning. Could not watch TV as the signal was always scrambled. The coffee pot needed cleaning from the previous occupant who also left the dishwasher full of dishes. They also left dirty grill tools on the grill. We did enjoy the quiet setting."

"We were attending a family reunion and this was the perfect place for 3 of us to stay. Perfect location. Beautiful view and sunset. A microwave would have been nice, but everything else for cooking was there."

"Family came from various states/Europe. The home worked out great, with only adults spending the night. With that said, during the day the home was wonderful for all ages, especially fishing off dock and ping pong. The only problem was the cleanliness, especially outside seating area, the sliding glass doors, and garage (play siting areas). I know bugs (spiders and spider webs) are part of lake life, but none of the areas outside of house seemed to of b even cleaned. The sliding glass doors...
