"We stayed at Genevieve’s house for a ski vacation at Mont Orford - it really is only 5 minutes from the hill. We had all facilities that we needed while there. This is a quaint, quirky century old home…there were sitting areas outside of each bedroom on top of the spacious living room, dining room and breakfast eating area. Genevieve was available for any questions or concerns without delay and was most accommodating. As stated by others the staircases are steep but there are now grippy pads...

"What a beautiful home and a beautiful property!!! The photos don’t even do it justice. The kids and adults both had the best time. The hot tub also was a nice touch, perfect after a long ski day. We hope to come back one day!"

"Picked this for a family ski trip. Easy drive to all 4 ski hills in area. Nice and quiet. Hottub out back with a tree view ia perfect after long day."

"Our little cabin had all we needed for a comfortable stay. Host Frank is very warm and welcoming and gave us a helpful overview of his beautiful property. We enjoyed hiking and swimming and access to the region. The lake is lovely! Next time we’ll hope for better weather to enjoy it more. Just two things in our cabin that could be fixed: the bedroom has a strong mildew odour from damp; it would be great if the laundry line was on the sunny side of the cabin, as it is not possible to dry anything...

"Great chalet on a beautiful property in Fitch Bay, located close to Magog, fairly close to Mont Orford, and close enough to lots of other ski hills in the Townships. Clean and well kept, with an amazing kitchen/living area, indoor and outdoor fireplaces, hot-tub, bbq and lots of other great amenities!"

"Wonderful chalet. Exactly as the ad describes. Plenty of room to spread out. The highlight was the dining table that had enough room for everyone to enjoy a family dinners. We will definitely return."

"This is our 2nd time this year and it did not disappoint us. It is clean, close to facilities and with a garage. Which fantastic before we were there during a snow storm. So we did not have to plow or shovel. It is also pet friendly and doggy recognized the place. So less stress on her. We will go back for sure. We highly recommend this place"

"We had terrible weather with storms outside, but it made it all the better to be in this great space with a fireplace lots of room, lots of options and everything you could possibly need. There were a few athletes who very much appreciated the hot tub after a few long workouts. The scenery around is fantastic. Two TVs were there as an option, but as it turned out, we didn’t use them. "Me and my GF booked this place last minute. We wanted to have a nice getaway in the Eastern Townships. When we arrived, the property was exactly what we wanted. Right next to all of these splendid hiking trails. Our cottage was adjacent to the lake. The lake is so refreshing and clean. You can walk in it with your bare feet. Inside the cabin, we got the wood stove crackling with a glowing hot fire. It was so soothing. Had a nice bbq steak dinner. Would go to cool off on our midnight swims...

"We spent 3 wonderful days at Amelie and Patrick’s chalet on Lac Magog. We were in town from Calgary visiting my family in the area. We enjoyed the beautiful chalet and all the great amenities (hot tub, kayaks, pool table to name a few). The chalet is situated on a beautiful lakeside setting with fantastic views. We enjoyed the sun on the dock and the refreshing lake. The chalet was spacious and well equipped for our family. We highly recommend this chalet!"
