"Great Hotel"

"Hotel was great. Clean and quiet and in a great location. Friendly staff. Starbucks in the lobby was a very nice treat. My only issue and a small one at that was that the heat/ac unit was a little drafty. It didn’t really impact my stay at all thankfully, and the desk staff said they would address it. "

"We stay here every time we come to Connecticut to visit family. Accomodations are nice it's clean comfortable and serves continental breakfast Meets our needs Close to grocery shops dining and moms assisted living home. "

"The hotel was very clean and modern. There is a small restaurant in the lobby and lots of seating. Very nice atmosphere. It was a fairly long walk to our room, but it was fine for us. There was complimentary cookies and hot chocolate in the lobby when we arrived. Our room was really nice, clean and spacious. We had a balcony. We ran into trouble with the TV signal, but the staff was very easy to get in touch with and quick to respond. They had two different people check it out in 20 minutes and when it couldn't be fixed they moved us to a suite. We had the same problems there, but they were able to remotely fix the signal. We had a great stay. "

"Been staying here on business for a few years. Always friendly staff, clean. Some minor things could be upgraded, a little worn. Business recently sold and despite some bumps at checking in, new staff is friendly. Hope they keep it up"
