"Balgownie Estate was a peaceful haven in the bush. We enjoyed the homestead set up with the communal areas. The views from our room exceeded expectations, although the downside to our room was that it adjoined the kitchen cupboards wall in the communal area, so everytime inconsiderate guests slammed drawers and cupboards (which was everytime someone used the kitchen) the bangs were very loud. The bush walk on the property was a bonus to staying here. It is a great shame the estate is sold and will no longer function as it does from May 1st 2025."

"Got a message to say our room was ready at 12.30pm. Had a easter hunt for the kids on the Sunday morning. Nice and quite. Bed comfy. Would like to see a shelf in the bathroom for personal items."

"Comfortable bed clean sheets clean toilets and bathroom excellent conditions, the only suggestion i have if u could have tissue box and water bottle in the fridge, otherwise we had a great stay"
