The property is ideally situated for the city centre. Very clean and tidy, easy checking in process on the morning of check in you are sent a message with the codes to get into the property and for the key safe of your room. Would stay here again.

Good apartment to stay at. Could occasionally hear the neighbours but nothing distracting. Good cooking equipment but did have to go and buy some stuff in. The cutlery was dirty when first arrived but a quick wash fixed that. Comfortable bed.

Excellent location

Joe is easy to reach. The location of this property is superb. It's in city centre. The tram is within a couple of minutes walk. Everything is within walking distance.

Ok stay

Our room was clean, and close to shops and pubs and just a stone throw away from parking. Property itself was easy to access, lovely and clean and had good feel to it. Keysafe literally outside your door. The room was so small, as you opened the door the bed was there, very standard room, very hot, it was like sleeping in a sauna, there was a fan but this didn’t really cool the room down, the bed is so soft both myself and husband had a terrible nights sleep and had lots of aches and pains. The towels put the bathroom were horrendous, it was like drying yourself on a wash leather. Wouldn’t rush back to stay unless it was very last resort.

Good convenient location in heart Sheffield. Stayed before, when new so looking a bit tired now. A great room with good facilities mini kitchen etc. Very comfortable, could be noisy as room this time on street level. But luckily a quiet street in Sheffield and a quiet Saturday night.

Great hotel.

Quiet area of Sheffield, but not far from the cathedral. Got a warm welcome on arrival, staff were excellent. Bit of a mix up with breakfast, but you can always tell a well run business by how they handle a problem, and they were brilliant. If I'm being picky, cleanliness could be improved, but did not detract from an excellent stay, would definitely stay again when in Sheffield.

Was concerned when looking the reviews in relation to cleanliness. I called and spoke with the company and they have invested in an external cleaning. The room was in really good condition and was very clean. Check in was easy etc. quite happy

Overall good accommodation with a good location. However, the toilet had a terrible smell so we had to keep the door closed. Additionally, towels from previous guests were left behind the door. The bathroom had hair. Besides this, the location and the overall aspect of the room are very good, so I recommend it, but hope the manager prioritizes the cleanliness of the room.

Pros: Easy to walk anywhere- good location. Good communication. Generally clean apartment. Cons: No soap provided for your hands in bathroom. Ground floor room meant we were constantly woken up during the night by other people staying arriving back. No scrubber for washing dishes/cups. Sheets had stains on them.

Unfortunately my stay was disappointing. The pillows were thin & uncomfortable, the room had a strong smell of cooking and the shower plug was clogged of old hair making the shower flood. Upon check in, i was greeted by a friendly member of the team

A fantastic find for our needs. The owner was exceptionally helpful. Central to the city. Great value for money. We had a great room. However a few things to make it better : 1- the oven/microwave didn’t work even after trying a few times. It needs a master in engineering to make it work. Maybe stick with 2 separate items. 2- Not ideal for light sleepers. Can sadly hear a lot through the walls. 3- although the apartment was clean. I am not too sure the hoover was done. Thank you though. We enjoyed our 4 night stays and we will for sure come back when we need.

Great location right in the city centre and fantastic for Ponds Forge- the reason I come to Sheffield is for swimming comps so that was handy, this was my first time staying here. I liked the kitchen facilities that was another seller for me as it means cooking your own food and not having to eat out whilst at competition. The bed was okay but extremely squeaky and the bedding was very thin. Overall bedroom was good, lovely rainful shower and lots of space & storage. I was on ground floor in room 1 meaning I had all the street noise including being woken by people shouting outside at all hours in the morning- this wasn’t ideal. The walls also must be like paper as I could hear every time someone entered the building and even conversations others were having in the corridor. Overall decent stay and I did like the room- for noise levels i’m not sure I would return as a good nights sleep is important- I didn’t sleep well at this competition.

We checked in late and went to our room. Quite small when we got in and not quite sure if a would call it a boutique hotel. What annoyed us was the crumbs and bits of broken glass on the floor in the room and bathroom, which clearly hadn't been done before we arrived. The guy on reception apologised and we had to give him some time to bring a vac and do the floor. The bathroom was very small but the shower was great. Didn't have breakfast the next day so can't comment on that.

The room has nice decor and furniture was lovely however there was no natural light in the room as directly behind the window was a brick wall. During the evening we found a used sanitary towel under the bad amongst other things which is absolutely vile. There was a bar located inside the building which was closed the whole time we were there (a Saturday night) and the area in which the property is located was less than pleasant. To park outside the property it would cost £36, the car park around the corner cost £20 (the owner kindly directed us to it).
