"There is an outside gate to enter the area so coming and going is less flexible, esp. If you arrive late. And itbisnt easy to find. Also, the pool is not at the hotel. It is the local community pool and can only be accessed between 4-7pm. A bit of false advertising that the place has a pool :( need to plan accordingly if you wish to swim. "

"Beautiful space,very modern, lovely lobby, public spaces and rooms.however most of the staff were rude, unprofessional, and unhelpful. The front desk staff were fine, however the people at the pool were the most unprofessional hotel staff I have ever encountered. The life guard was either on his phone or walking around. The food staff did not even acknowledge questions in English. Towels were few and far between . Also the pool area was very crowded with small children running around....
