Hotel is really awesome, the only thing that I didn’t like was the cleaning person pounding on the room door at 8:00 am after a long drive got there late the night before, she really shouldn’t be pounding on the door to wake people up.

This is a great hotel waterpark option for families to get away. The waterpark is clean. Staff is friendly and it’s not too crowded. This is our second stay with them. We will definitely be back.

Beautiful, large and majestic hotel located on a fabulous piece of property on Lake Michigan. We stayed in a 4th floor room and the lake was so close I felt like I was on a cruise ship. Enjoyed the stay.
