"Feels fairly upscale, but does linger with cigarette smoke, like any casino hotel. The casino itself is a top-notch and upbeat place to play. The 34th floor pool with views just cannot be beat. "

"Pillows were too firm. Restaurant was closed. Heating unit was very loud which did not help sleep. Hot tub was very hot which is great. Excersise equipment was good. "

"I liked the hotel it’s amazing the view is gorgeous the uncomfortable part was is living on a 10th floor and going down using 2 different elevators.You go down from 10th floor down to 7 th, then to get to other elevator that will take you to lobby you have to walk a lot….you spend time to get downstairs at least 15-20 min…"

"The perfect place for our family to get a couple of days skiing without breaking the bank. The original room we were booked in was not fully cleaned, so the front desk person promptly gave us a new, clean room right next to the original one. She was working by herself that night and handled all of our and it looked like everyone else’s needs with grace and ease. We will be back."

"Great property overall, clean convenient location, pet friendly. The staff is really nice and accommodating. I've stayed here a few times and have always had a pleasant experience. Sometimes there seems to be limited parking, because of the restaurants nearby, but all in all, I highly recommend. "

"The best thing about the Hyatt is proximity to chair, you can walk half a block and you’re on! The suite was adequate but I needed more light. They provided me a desk lamp. They have 3 hot tubs, a laundry and free breakfast daily. The downside was my floors ice machine was broken but it was a small inconvenience. They serve delicious cookies every afternoon and overall from checking in, to leaving people were friendly and helpful. I would return."
