It would have been nice to know that information so we could make alternative arrangement and not be disappointed when we got there and be inconvenienced by having to go back out. Also there was no hot water and none of us particularly wanted a cold shower"

"Dinner and cooked breakfast was very good. Room basic but clean but no heating on when we got in so very cold until we put radiators on also cold eating downstairs on the evening had to put another jumper on to be comfortable "
