"The only positive about this place is the location, walking distance from the center of town and art/synagogue district. The negative: Can't access with car, the road is so tight and there is always car parked blocking access resulting in at least 2 block or more walk both uphill and downhill with heavy bags from our trip. "Felt at home right away! Hili Apts is in a perfect location, just a walk or short driving distance from the main section of Tiberius town. The apartment was very roomy, complete kitchen needs, awesome hot shower w excellent water pressure.
