"We had a lovely stay. The staff were excellent and the services were professional. However, the property was a little tired. The glass panel that separated the shower room and the toilet seat was too small/narrow. It's impossible not to have water spilled (overflowing) onto the bathroom floor. Parking was easy. Its only a 5 min drive away to the Port Douglas town centre."

Room was very clean and the bed was very comfortable, with the pool only a short walk away and in the heat was a daily event, also the pool side restaurant was excellent with well priced meals and breakfast. "This property is not part of the pullman group, it is a privately owned unit. As such, the quality is not up to resort standard. The photos in the listing are very old and do not reflect the current standard. The outdoor furniture is ripped, stained and mouldy. There is a significant amount of damage including mouldy dining chairs, stained carpet, broken blind fittings and the kitchen bench is black stained all over and needs to be replaced. "The property was what we expected, though it basically could use a refresh. The pool is the centerpiece, and the bottom is ready for a fresh coat of paint. I strongly suggest you add robes if you're using the words "resort" and "spa" in the name of your property. Also, our air conditioning was tough to use because the remote is old and finicky (it took two members of the cleaning staff to get it to work). "
