"This is an older hotel and could use new beds and bedding. The shower has been remodeled and is nice but it is impossible not to get water everywhere. The bathroom steams up so badly they have a plate on the door telling you not to leave the door open when showering or you will set off the alarm. "One night only but was out for most of the evening. Dined in the restaurant where service was prompt up to main course as we arrived after 9pm and ‘the kitchen was closing’. "This is a well kept place. Very nice. Beautiful grounds. I came a bit late and they were so forgiving. Breakfast was very nice too. This is a old manor house that been converted to a hotel. I loved it."

"We got upgraded to a premium suite which was great. Had 2 kings & pull out sofa. Room was clean and spacious. Awesome large patio space. However the shower had quite a bit of black mold. Under the sink was mold and a pile of caulk under the bath. Benches by bed had stains and rip. For a 4 star hotel I think these things could have easily be fixed. "

"My friend and I had a very nice stay. The cottage was well maintained and was a quiet retreat and the end of each day of exploring Ireland. Host is very nice and even greeted us at the beginning of our stay with frshly bakes scones."
