"Very convenient to centre of town of Ennis. Beds , pillows very comfortable, bedlinen perfect. Very clean. Good breakfast. Staff of breakfast room, just the person who served me - She needs training on serving, ie how to put the plates of food on table to guests. Thats the big thing I noticed. "

"This property was very luxurious castle which I would say is a must when traveling throughout Ireland. The rooms were well equipped and without a doubt had the best beds we have slept in. "Beautiful reception area. We stayed in a family room on the ground floor. It was very spacious and clean. The corridors are in need of an upgrade but it doesnt take away from the cleanliness of the hotel, justcwear and tear. We used the swimming pool, staff extremely helpful and friendly. Had food in the Shannigans Gastro Bar, really reasonable for a family of 5. Staff very accommodating and helpful. Food was delicious. Would definitely stay again."

"Stayed here for a night and automatically thought the size of the room was much bigger than you’d normally get for a „standard” room. Place was spotless. Very pleasant receptionists. Breakfast next morning was lovely too with plenty of choices. I stayed there to have a night away for myself and only downfall was lack of channels with movies etc/ Netflix but the staff assured me they are looking to upgrade the TV’s. 5 stars "

"This hotel was lovely with large rooms and modern bathrooms. The food was a delightful surprise. The staff were attentive and kind. The only issue was our beds ..the matresses are in need of replacing...you can feel the springs"
