"The apartment was very nicely updated, and clean, and the location is great. Would have given 5 stars but when the neighbors came in and left, it sounded as though they were inside the apartment. "Arrived 4 hours earlier and my communication wasn't clear as I was replying to a computer generated email and the messages didn't make it. I wanted to know what an early check in would have cost and there was reception issues but we ended up paying for a whole other day. That was the only hiccup! "The place was a block away from amazing restaurants, an 3 blocks from the downtown area. We walked the entire time and it was in January. The apartment was very modern and comfortable, with amazing views as it is on a cliff. We have no complaints and when we return we will be staying there again!"

"I brought my bf here for his birthday and what an amazing stay we had! The location is phenomenal. Just a few blocks from the main strip with all the things you need to experience Newport. The place itself was very clean and inviting. Beautiful decor and modern upgrades. The bed was very comfortable and the house was well stocked. The host was extremely communicative and accommodating. Honestly one of the best vrbo’s we’ve stayed in. I highly recommend staying here if you’re in town. "

"I arrived and was able to get into the property with the code provided even though someone was living in the property already. Very challenging on a Friday night with 3 children and an 80 year old mother. No response from property manager and VRBO seemed unable to help except to look into a refund. Had to find alternative accommodation as had a weekend of commitments - 6 people squashed into a very expensive hotel room and a cooler of food that spoiled."
