"When we checked in, they couldn’t find our reservation record which we paid in advance to Expedia. we booked a lower rate room with no breakfast and have to pay at the spot (US$60 cheaper than what we paid to Expedia). When we checked out, they refunded us what we paid to them but not the amount that we paid to Expedia since they already received the payment from Expedia."

"전시장이랑 아주 가까워서 도보로 이동하긴 편하지만 가격대비 깔끔하지 않아서 다시는 안갈 것 같아요. 엄청 더럽거나 불편한건 아니지만 전시장 근처라 비싼거 같아요. 하지만 체크인 직원은 아주 친절합니다."

"I'm sorry that I didn't take photos. The size of the rooms are really nice. My room's chair and bench seat had horrible large stains room 2208. The phone was very dusty. The hallway carpet were never vacuumed during my 5 day stay there, lots of lint on the entire hallway. The bellman won't help unless you ask, they also don't help you with luggage. I put dnd light on but they knocked and insisted on bringing in towels. I stayed there because my friend lives nearby and the price is reasonable....
