"Urine area for the changing area for gym has really bad smell. Mentioned twice during the stay but still bad stench even though it is not crowded. Other than that the staff attention to details are excellent, always willing to please. This is my second stay so I am glad standards are maintained. Really like the quiet and less crowded area although convenience stores are far. But a taxi ride is just 5-10mins away to the mall. Dining option in the hotel is very limited, so have to go town area. "

"Very nice manager and quick response! One set of bed sheet had marks but the manager changed it right away. Very safe and convenient area. Dinning and shopping are just in the next buildings!"

"The front desk staff at this property provides curtious and knowledgeable service. I like having the bus terminal right around the corner from the hotel which provided us an easy bus ride back to Hong Kong. The shopping centre is close by too. Restaurant at the Westin Hotel next door was excellent."
